For standard researching needs (c-Si), we commend a Mono-Si PV Reference Cell: AK-200.
This Reference PV Cell is the result of collaborative research between Konica Minolta and Japan’s
National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST).
There are also deferent types for DSSC, Mulit-junction or a-Si/μ-Si researching.
